Phone Qualifications: A short call to check the candidate’s motivation for the job, mobility and salary expectations. Telephone Interviews: Full 30-40 minute calls including written reports with recommendations on whether to pursue the candidate or not. Online Tests and Business Cases: Conducting our client’s online tests or business cases. Video Interviews: Asking candidates to answer questions on a third-party video recording platform.
